Thirty Years of Building Machines That Keep Running
Perfect Enterprises is a Mumbai-based manufacturer of plastic recycling machinery and complete reprocessing plants. For close to three decades we have designed, fabricated and commissioned scrap grinders, crushers, agglomerators, mixers and washing systems for recycling units across India.
Every machine leaves our Sakinaka workshop with a heavy-duty MS fabricated body, hardened high-speed steel blades and a one-year guarantee. We build for continuous industrial duty — low power consumption, low maintenance, and output you can plan a business around.
We started in 1995 as a small fabrication unit serving Mumbai’s plastic processors. What began with runner grinders for injection moulding shops grew, model by model, into a full range: crushers and granulators, agglomerators for film waste, high speed mixers, washing plants and hydro dryers. Today a single reprocessing line can be specified, fabricated and commissioned entirely from our own workshop.
We are a proprietorship, which means the person who quotes your machine is the person accountable for it. Customers reach us directly on WhatsApp and on the phone, and that is deliberate — it is how a machine gets sized correctly the first time.
We started in 1995 with one workshop and one belief — that a machine should still be running ten years after we deliver it. That is still how we build. Every grinder that leaves here is built to work, not just to sell.

Quality & Testing
Every Machine Runs Before It Ships
Bodies are fabricated from mild steel plate and box section, then powder-coated. Rotors are balanced, and blades are hardened high-speed steel — five per chamber on the grinder range, two fixed and three rotating — set with feeler gauges so the cutting clearance is right from day one.
Every machine is wired with a starter and overload protection, run under load in our workshop, and checked for vibration, bearing temperature and output consistency before it is crated. Blades can be re-sharpened on our own blade grinding machine, so a set stays in service far longer than a bought-in equivalent.

Sustainability
Every Machine We Build Keeps Plastic Out of Landfill
Plastic recycling machinery is climate infrastructure. Every grinder, agglomerator and washing line we ship turns waste that would have been buried or burned back into usable raw material — reducing virgin plastic demand, cutting manufacturing costs for our customers, and keeping material in circulation.
We build our machines for low power consumption and long service life, because equipment that runs efficiently for fifteen years is itself the more sustainable choice.
Roughly every tonne of plastic our customers reprocess is a tonne that does not have to be made from virgin polymer. That is the whole business case: recycling is cheaper for the plant and better for everyone downstream, and it only works if the machinery in the middle is reliable enough to run every shift.
