Standard grinder and mixer sizes usually ship within 2 to 4 weeks of order confirmation. Larger drum grinders, agglomerators and complete washing lines are built to order and typically take 4 to 6 weeks. We confirm a firm date in writing when you place the order.
Yes. We deliver across India and our team installs, wires and commissions the machine on your floor, then runs it with your own scrap so your operators are trained on the material they will actually process.
Every machine carries a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects covering the fabricated body, rotor and drive assembly. Blades and bearings are wear items and are not covered, but we supply both and can re-sharpen blades in our workshop.
Yes. We regularly build to customer specification — non-standard rotor widths, higher HP, stainless steel contact parts for pharmaceutical and food-grade waste, and custom hopper heights to suit an existing conveyor. Tell us the constraint and we will quote against it.
We stock blades, bearings, belts, starters and screens for the full range, and because everything is made in Mumbai there is no import lead time. We also re-sharpen worn blade sets on our own blade grinding machine.
